CLAN FARQUHARSON 2020 VIRTUAL GATHERING

FORTIFYING BRAEMAR CASTLE

MONDAY 10th AUGUST

Braemar Castle, historic seat of Clan Farquharson, is under attack once again. While the Red Coats and Clan rivalry may have laid siege to the castle in the past, the most persistent aggressors against which the castle must continue to defend itself are the natural elements. A small but determined force of volunteers is committed to restoring Braemar Castle to its former glory and needs your help!

ENJOY A VIRTUAL TOUR OF THE CASTLE

AT YOUR LEISURE

This short, 6-minute film gives a good overview of the interior of Braemar Castle, and will hopefully encourage you to visit in person when next in the area. Visitors to Braemar Castle find the tour quite fortifying in itself!

We advise that you watch in full screen mode.

Designed primarily for under 18's, registration needs to be completed by a parent or legal guardian and we kindly ask that they monitor their child's participation for quality control purposes. Registration will not require the child's identity to be communicated. The Minecaraft Challenges have been postponed by a week due to Scottish Schools reopening this week. Please see the Minecraft Challenge page for details.
